You Gotta Try It – The Sandwich (or Rice Wrap) That Our Family and friends Love

This hearty sandwich (or rice wrap option) is packed with organic vegetables, deliciously grilled flavors, and our special creamy sauce. Whether you enjoy it vegan-style or add a little turkey bacon, this dish is guaranteed to leave you feeling nourished and satisfied.

Gather Your Ingredients

  • Organic spinach
  • Organic bean sprouts
  • Organic red onion
  • Orange or red bell pepper
  • Organic romaine lettuce
  • Vegan cheese (optional)
  • Thinly sliced organic cucumber
  • Organic tomatoes
  • Organic avocado
  • Special Sauce: mayo, ketchup, and a touch of mustard (all mixed together)
  • Vegan or turkey bacon (optional)
  • Bread of your choice OR organic/gluten-free rice paper

Let's Prepare the “You Gotta Try It” Sandwich

  1. Grill the bread lightly in plant-based butter.
  2. Grill the red onions separately until slightly caramelized.
  3. Grill the bean sprouts and bell peppers together in a little plant butter.
  4. Grill the romaine lettuce for just a few seconds for a smoky, crunchy bite
  5. Mash avocado.
  6. Assemble your sandwich:
  • Spread the special sauce on your bread
  • Add vegan cheese (if using)
  • Spread avocado on top
  • Layer in spinach, cucumber slices, grilled bell peppers + sprouts, grilled onions, grilled romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and vegan or turkey bacon (optional)
  • Press together and enjoy!

  1. Swiftly dip rice paper in warm water (just a few seconds each side).
  2. Start layering your ingredients just like you would a spring roll, burrito, or wrap.
